- 1 cup diced, cooked chicken
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup grated Gouda cheese
- 1/4 medium purple onion, very thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 paleo pizza crust
Instructions
- Prepare the paleo pizza crust and precook approximately 12 minutes
- Mix the diced chicken with 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce and warm up
- Spread 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce onto precooked crust
- Top with 1 cup of grated cheese, sliced onions, chicken and BBQ mixture and 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh cilantro
- Place in preheated 350 degree F oven onto a hot pizza stone and cook for approximately 10 minutes or until cheese is melted
- Remove from oven and top with remaining 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro Slice and serve immediately
