Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons coconut aminos (or gluten-free soy sauce)
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon molasses (optional)
  • pinch of cloves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until very smooth.
  2. Keep refrigerated
