Paleo Ostrich Egg Brunch

  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon of kosher salt
  • fresh cracked black pepper
  • Drill with bits


  1. use the smallest bit to drill a starter hole in one end of the egg
  2. then move up to a larger bit until you have a hole big enough for a straw.
  3. cook the mixture in two batches on medium heat in the fat rendered from duck bacon. (butter and other fats will work as well)
