Homemade Coconut Cream Pie Bars
Foods I like to have around in a pinch, in my gym bag or other times when real food is scarce:
- Nuts (don’t go nuts with the nuts)
- Beef jerky (preferably homemade and/or organic, low/no sugar or other “weird” ingredients – I get mine from Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods.)
- Unsweetened, dried fruit
- Larabars
- Fruit/Veggie “Squeezers” (from Trader Joe’s but you can find them in other stores as well, although they are usually all fruit instead of fruit/veggie)
- Olives
- Coconut Flakes (unsweetened)
