The Framework
The 21-Day Metabolic Reset uses principles of ancestral health—popularly known as the “primal” approach to health and wellness—as its framework. The Paleo Spirit Plan taps into this primal approach through a focus on how we were DESIGNED to live.
So we’re going to get back to the basics. We’ll return to a time when processed food was rare rather than the norm. Frequent movement was a natural part of life. Entertainment involved getting together with others for adventures and socializing rather than binge-watching.
