Root Causes

We live in an age of “diseases of civilization“, rooted in inflammation born out of our modern lifestyle and environment. Sadly, medical professionals, despite their best intentions, lack the training and incentives to seek the root cause of disease. Yet, most chronic symptoms, including unwanted weight-gain, are rooted in cellular malfunction.

This is “METABOLIC DYSFUNCTION“.

In view of this, we need to address the root cause of disease rather than just treating symptoms.

Back-to-Basics

The Paleo Spirit Plan is a return to “First Principles“. It’s where we fix our metabolism, get leaner and put a stop to our symptoms. My programs focus on key strategies for nutrition, exercise and lifestyle and implementing them into daily life.

Diet drugs can lead to weight loss, but the costs are high – both financial and physical. They come with many side-effects and do not solve the real issue. Stopping the diet drugs often means going back to where you started – gaining back the weight. Or worse – ending up with less muscle and no skills to maintain your progress.
